Horizon is optional. All devices work without it.
All Cueva Control devices work without a Horizon subscription. Without it, remote features are not available. You can still view the device status but you cannot make changes remotely. To configure or control the device you need to be on the same local network. Horizon lets you manage everything from the office, from home, or anywhere else.

What happens if I don't renew?
Your device keeps running all on-device automations. Nothing stops working locally. You lose access to the Horizon dashboard, remote access, and OTA firmware updates until you renew.
Is the first year really included?
Yes. Every RELO IO8 ships with a full 12-month Horizon license activated at the time of device registration. Renewal is due on the anniversary.
How is the volume discount applied?
The per-device price depends on your total fleet size. If you have 8 devices, all 8 are billed at €24.95/device/year. There is no blended rate. You simply move into the next tier.
Can I mix devices across multiple locations?
Yes. All devices on one account are counted together regardless of location. One account can manage unlimited locations.
Do you offer invoicing or purchase orders?
