FAQ

Common questions.

Do I need to take levels in order?

Level 1 can be taken by anyone. Level 2 recommends Level 1 first but does not require it. Level 3 requires a valid Level 2 certificate.

How long is my certificate valid?

Certificates are valid for 2 years from the date of issue. After that you can retake the test to renew. The platform evolves and so should your knowledge.

Is there a study guide?

Yes. All exam content is drawn directly from the official Cueva Control documentation at docs.cuevacontrol.com. Every topic listed in each level maps to a docs section.

Can I share my certificate?

Absolutely. You receive a digital certificate PDF and a verifiable badge you can add to your LinkedIn profile, company website, or client proposals.

What happens if I fail?

You can retake the test after 48 hours. There is no limit on retakes. Review the topics you found difficult in the docs before trying again.

Is the certification free?

Level 1 is free for all Cueva Control account holders. Level 2 and Level 3 are included with an active Cueva Horizon subscription.
